So happy to be home.
It’s the scariest thing ever to realize how much someone means to you. When it hits you, I mean really hits you, all these thoughts and questions rush through your head at once. A sad emotion even starts to creep on you slowly inch by inch as you start to wonder.
What if for some reason things don’t work out? How are you possibly going to live without them?
Someone that was once a stranger now is the only person you know like the back of your hand. Someone you once had no emotions for, now has the power to break your heart. Someone you used to never hangout with, now owns most of your time. Someone that you thought you’d never love, owns your entire heart. Someone you once lived without, you now wish to hold on forever.
Couldn’t keep up with updating my daily food intake on Tumblr…it’s such a commitment and a hassle keeping up with a blog (which is why I have a nice, little notebook to record everything)!
I am on Day 6 of my detox week! It’s been hard—I had a wide variety of cravings this week….BBQ baby back ribs, double cheeseburger & french fries, durian shake, ice cream, brownies, cookies! But I pushed these cravings away and replaced them by eating vegetables. Tons and tons of vegetables. Can’t wait to add protein into my diet and exercise this coming Thursday!

Lunch:
- Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, green bell peppers, pickles
- Banana
Snack:
- Granny Smith apple
- Lettuce, onions, cherry tomatoes, green bell peppers, pickles
Dinner:
- Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, green bell peppers, corn, pickles
- Banana

- Baby carrots, mushrooms, spinach, celery sticks, cherry tomatoes
One full week of strictly vegetables and 3 servings of fruit each day starting TOMORROW!
